CIO, Innovation and Digital Transformation LATAM – Alliance Renault, Nissan, Mitsubishi
With more than 26 years in the Market (7 years abroad) I am The Latin America CIO and Digital Transformation Leader for the Alliance Renault Nissan and Mitsubishi, managing national and international teams dealing with different multi-cultural challenges across Latin America, France and Japan, acquiring a deep knowledge on Manufacturing Business Processes and systems.
I believe the future of organizations is directly linked to the ability of their managers to exploit the potential that exists in each employee. From this belief, I also decided to graduate (MBA) in People Management a few years ago.
One of my main challenges is helping Alliance to better respond to the challenges of digital world as an enabler to achieve successfully digital business transformation true technologies and new ways of thinking and doing, bringing new perspectives toward business disruptors looking for competitiveness.
For sure, Industry 4.0, Customer Journey, New ways of working and leverage all Data asset we have, are the key for this Transformation.
My experience showed me that there is no magic formula, each business area, each manager each employee have a different level of maturity and behavior. As soon as you get this insights we can help then to move faster to digital business. Technology are there for all. Winner will be those that wake up early to get full benefits. We are not only talking about a technological revolution we cannot work alone to achieve. Business and IT should work TOGETHER co-criating products winning, failing, learning but fast reacting.
Every function within an organization should play a part of this game, either to support or lead the organization in its journey toward digital business transformation otherwise we will fail or not go fast enough.
