I´m Romeu Vale, Industrial Head/Director/Plant Management seasoned executive w/ strong business acumen to drive your Operations to the next level of performance in alignment and sinergy with the Commercial, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Financial areas.
Two digit productivity gains, Successful New Product Introductions, Efficient Supply Chain operations and Leadership team building have been key areas of results that drives in average 3 Months to deliver KPIs stabilization whilst it also provides positive EBITDA in 6 Months average for the companies I´ve been serving in my career.
In support to performing such results I´ve been mastering the application of the following background, tools and methods:
• Electronic Engineering, MBA in Administration, Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing;
• Proven track record of working successfully in a multi-national environment, good cross-cultural working experience with proven strategic and systems thinking skills;
• Use of Lean/Six Sigma methodology to deliver two digits productivity YoY;
• Use of NPI techniques to make successful new product introductions to support the business portfolio strategy. Without compromising leadtimes and inventory;
• Use of S&OP processes to drive the Supply Chain efficiently to sustain product availability for the business without hurting inventory and obsolete item generation;
• Use of P&L techniques to drive Financial performance and Cost Productivity plans in order to obtain full AOP (Annual Operations Plan) commitments adherence;
• Use of People Mgm techniques to build a strong leadership team for the business;
• Strong management for Safety and Quality as a core for a reliable, sustainable and long term profitable operation for the business. Highlighted other winning methodologies that I have used were QRQC (Quick Response to Quality Control from Valeo) to address Quality problem solving in all areas of the organization, CAPA processes when I was running a Medical Device manufacturing for Philips and the very effective Behavioral Based Safety Program from DuPont.
